How AAW's contacts now live in Kanamé — and how to use it.

We've reorganized AAW's contacts so every member is tracked the same way. You can now answer "who are our active corporate members?" or "email only event attendees" in one click — and the newsletter reaches the right people, not a random handful.

How it works — three layers, one source of truth

One thing we need from the board

The system knows everyone's type already. The one piece it can't know on its own is who's currently active vs. expired — that lives with us. Please send the current active-member roster, with renewal dates (a simple list or spreadsheet is perfect). Once it's in, "Active Members" and "Renewals Due" fill in automatically.
